Our process of producing high quality brass cases starts with the brass cups that we receive from our partners The Mittal Group. These cups are then placed into our Waterbury Farrel press which contains nine stations where the cup will be drawn into case form, headstamped, have a primer pocket added, and final sizing done. These unfinished cases are then washed with a special concoction of chemicals to remove any harmful or unnecessary materials left on the unfinished cases. Once these cases are dry, they are fed into a head turn machine where the extraction groove is added to the case. Now that the cases is finished, it is inspected in our GI-360 inspection machine. This machine made by General Inspection LLC. will inspect the following dimensions to ensure that they meet SAAMI specifications:
Overall Length
Mouth Diameter
Groove Length
Rim Thickness
Head Diameter
Primer Pocket Diameter
Flash Hole Diameter
Head Stamp Presence
The cases that pass all test will be washed at our final wash station with a variety of chemicals to remove all cosmetic blemishes and add a nice shine to the case. After they are washed they are dried again; counted and stored waiting to be shipped out.
If you are thinking about ordering our cases, feel free to reach out to us and we will send you some samples of our cases for you to try out before you purchase.
