FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE {FFL} TRANSFERS
All Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Direct-to consumer shipments of firearms and NFA are prohibited by federal law.
Buyers must provide the following:
• A signed copy of the receiving FFL's license (valid and current).
• The complete FFL address and contact information. 3.3 NAT will verify the FFL's status with the ATF before shipment. 3.4 The receiving FFL is responsible for completing ATF Form 4473, conducting NICS background checks, and maintaining Acquisition & Disposition (A&D) records. 3.5 NAT is not liable for delays or denials at the FFL level.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases of firearms, brass cases, tactical equipment, and related products ("Products") from North American Trade LLC ("NAT," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you ("Buyer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. NAT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on natrade.net/nat-terms-conditions and apply to orders placed thereafter. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by NAT.
AGE & ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, receivers, or frames, and at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns, ammunition, or brass cases. You represent and warrant that you are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(9) or (n), including but not limited to felons, individuals convicted of domestic violence, or those subject to restraining orders. NAT will not sell to individuals in jurisdictions where possession of the ordered Product is illegal.
BRASS CASES & AMMUNITION COMPONENT PURCHASES
Brass cases (e.g., 9mm SAAMI-spec) are sold as components and are not considered ammunition under federal law. Buyer assumes full responsibility for reloading, use, and compliance with local laws. NAT guarantees 100% visual inspection and SAAMI compliance but provides no warranty on reloaded ammunition.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers can pick up products ordered on this website directly from the NAT facility at 388 Cane Creek Road, Fletcher, NC, 28732, if that is what the customer prefers and receive NAT approval.
Firearms ship via UPS or FedEx with Adult Signature Required. Handguns cannot be shipped via USPS.Ammunition components and tactical equipment may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at NAT's discretion.Shipping restrictions apply to the following states:
California: Firearms must comply with CA DOJ roster. New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Illinois, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington D.C.: Additional state-specific compliance required. No shipments to P.O. Boxes. 5.4 Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon delivery to the FFL or shipping carrier. 5.5 Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after FFL verification. Delays due to carrier or FFL issues are not NAT's responsibility.
STATE & LOCAL LAW COMPLIANCE
Buyer is solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing possession, transfer, and use of Products. NAT will not ship Products to jurisdictions where they are prohibited (e.g., high capacity magazines >10 rounds in restricted states). Buyer agrees to indemnify NAT against any claims arising from non-compliance with applicable laws.
TACTICAL EQUIPMENT
Tactical gear (e.g., slings, optics mounts, apparel) is sold as-is unless otherwise stated. No ITAR-controlled items will be sold to non-U.S. persons without proper export licensing. Buyer assumes all liability for misuse of tactical equipment.
PAYMENT
Accepted forms: Credit/debit card, certified check, or money order. Full payment is required before shipment. NAT uses SSL-encrypted payment processing. Card data is not stored on NAT servers.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Firearms: No cancellations once the FFL is verified and shipment is prepared. Returns accepted within 3 business days of FFL receipt only if the firearm is defective and unfired. Brass Cases & Tactical Gear: Returns accepted within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
FIREARMS: Covered by the manufacturer's warranty only (e.g., Aselkon provides a 1- year limited warranty against defects in materials/workmanship). BRASS CASES: Guaranteed SAAMI-spec and visually inspected. No warranty on reloaded ammunition or misuse. TACTICAL EQUIPMENT: Sold AS-IS with no implied warranties
ALL PRODUCTS:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.
NAT is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NAT's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product. NAT is not responsible for:
• Misuse, alteration, or improper installion of Products.
• Delays caused bu FFL's, carriers, or government agencies.
• Changes in federal, state or local laws after purchase.
INDEMNIFACTION
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NAT, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:
• Buyer's violation of these Terms.
• Misuse of Products.
• Non-compliance with applicable laws.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina. Buyer waives any right to a jury trial.
NAT is not liable for delays due to acts of God, war, supply chain disruptions, government regulations, or other events beyond its control.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms remains in full effect.
BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
